BCD Group Launches BCD City, a New Landmark Township in Bengaluru Hoskote

BCD Group has launched its latest integrated township project, BCD City, in the rapidly developing locality of Hoskote. Spread across 75 acres with an investment of Rs 500 crore, the project promises to meet the growing demand for modern, sustainable, and self-sustaining urban spaces in Bengaluru’s expanding property market. Designed to integrate residential, commercial, and recreational spaces, BCD City is expected to become a key landmark in the city’s real estate evolution.

The township will feature 900 ready-to-move-in residential units, including high-rise apartments and villa plots, offering a diverse range of living options for prospective buyers. The project also has a unique proposition—all residential units are pre-leased to iPhone manufacturer Foxconn for the next two years, ensuring a steady rental income stream for homebuyers. This arrangement positions BCD City as an attractive option for investors seeking assured returns from real estate. Strategically located near key infrastructure hubs such as Kempegowda International Airport, the Bengaluru-Chennai Expressway, and the Satellite Town Ring Road (STRR) Growth Corridor, the township offers exceptional connectivity to major IT hubs and nearby towns. Hoskote’s position at the intersection of seven major roads and highways, coupled with its proximity to emerging micro-markets like Attibele, Kanakpura, and Devanahalli, makes it an ideal location for those seeking easy access to both Bengaluru and its surrounding areas.

Commenting on the project, Managing Director of BCD Group, said, “BCD City is designed to offer a balanced and convenient living environment, blending residential spaces with commercial, educational, and recreational facilities. The township integrates essential amenities like parks, healthcare centres, schools, and retail hubs, making it a complete ecosystem for residents.” The eco-conscious design of BCD City is another key feature that sets it apart. The township includes smart technologies such as home automation, high-speed internet, and round-the-clock security surveillance, while the eco-friendly elements like rainwater harvesting and energy-efficient lighting contribute to sustainability goals. These green initiatives not only lower operational costs but also reduce the carbon footprint of the development, appealing to environmentally conscious buyers.

Vice-Chairman and CEO of BCD Group, emphasised the transformative potential of BCD City: “This project sets a new benchmark for integrated townships in Bengaluru’s micro-markets. We are confident it will elevate Hoskote as the go-to investment destination, offering unparalleled living standards and a self-sustaining environment.” With a price point starting below Rs 45 lakhs, BCD City aims to cater to a wide range of buyers, from first-time homeowners to investors looking for high returns in a rapidly developing region. The introduction of commercial spaces and retail hubs further enhances the appeal of BCD City as a holistic living environment. BCD Group’s expansion plans go beyond Hoskote, with plans to replicate this successful model in other parts of Bengaluru. With its modern infrastructure, sustainable practices, and strategic location, BCD City promises to be a game-changer in the city’s real estate sector, creating a ripple effect that could influence the growth of surrounding regions.
