Ashiana Housing to Launch Senior Living Projects in Karnataka and Jaipur

Ashiana Housing, a prominent player in India’s real estate sector, has made significant strides in expanding its footprint with two major projects targeting group housing and senior living communities. The company has entered into two agreements that will see it develop new residential projects in strategic locations: one in Jaipur, Rajasthan, and another in Harohalli, Karnataka.

The first project, a group housing initiative, will be developed in Mahindra World City, Jaipur, spanning approximately 20 acres in the social infrastructure zone. With a projected saleable area of around 20 lakh square feet, this development aims to cater to the growing demand for quality residential spaces in the region. The project is expected to appeal to both families and individuals looking for integrated communities with easy access to transportation, schools, and commercial centres. Ashiana Housing has entered into an agreement with Mahindra World City (Jaipur), and the lease deed is expected to be executed within the next 90 days. In parallel, Ashiana Housing has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to develop a senior living project in Harohalli, located on Kanakpura Road, Karnataka. This project will be developed on a 12.50-acre plot of land and is designed specifically to cater to the needs of the elderly, providing them with a safe and supportive environment in the heart of nature. The saleable area for this senior living development is estimated at 11 lakh square feet. The MoU is with three landowners, and a joint development agreement will be executed in the next six months.

These initiatives align with Ashiana’s strategic vision to diversify its offerings and cater to different demographics. With the senior living market expected to grow rapidly in India, driven by a large aging population, Ashiana Housing is well-positioned to tap into this demand. The company’s focus on customer-centric projects, offering sustainable and well-designed living spaces, has already earned it recognition in the sector. As part of its commitment to sustainable development, Ashiana Housing plans to integrate eco-friendly construction practices into both projects. This includes energy-efficient designs, water conservation measures, and sustainable materials, all of which align with the company’s long-term vision of creating green, livable communities. In a growing market where environmental concerns are becoming increasingly significant, Ashiana’s sustainable approach could play a pivotal role in shaping the future of urban development.
