Bhutani Infra to Invest Rs 1,000 Crore in Revamping Logix City Center in Noida

Bhutani Infra, a prominent real estate player in the Delhi-NCR market, has made a significant acquisition by purchasing the Logix City Center in Noida for an estimated Rs 1,000 crore. This substantial investment includes both the acquisition cost and planned renovations. The commercial project, spread across 1.2 million square feet, includes an operational shopping mall, office spaces, and a hotel, positioning it as a prime asset in Bhutani Infra’s expanding portfolio.

The newly acquired property will now be rechristened ‘Bhutani City Center 32’, marking the beginning of a bold transformation that is expected to reshape the commercial landscape of Noida. The acquisition comes at a time when there is a growing demand for integrated work, leisure, and lifestyle spaces in urban areas, especially in the fast-growing Noida-Greater Noida region. Bhutani Infra aims to capitalise on this trend by combining retail, leisure, and commercial spaces under one roof, ensuring that the property becomes a one-stop destination for both work and entertainment.

In a statement to the press, Bhutani Infra CEO Ashish Bhutani explained that the acquisition is a direct result of the company’s “aggressive growth strategy” aimed at reshaping urban development. The company’s vision goes beyond just commercial expansion; it envisions transforming each acquisition into a high-performing asset that aligns with the evolving needs of today’s consumers. Bhutani emphasised that modern consumers now seek a seamless blend of work and lifestyle spaces that are connected, sustainable, and flexible. From a sustainability perspective, the transformation of Bhutani City Center 32 into a modern mixed-use facility is seen as a conscious effort to contribute to more sustainable urban growth. The integration of retail, office, and leisure spaces within the same ecosystem reduces the need for excessive commuting, thus lowering carbon footprints. Additionally, Bhutani Infra’s commitment to renovating the space with the latest green technologies could play a key role in aligning with global sustainability standards.

From a public standpoint, the acquisition is being welcomed as a step forward in the region’s urban development. Noida, known for its fast-paced growth, is emerging as a hub for tech startups, multinational companies, and retail brands. The introduction of a state-of-the-art facility like Bhutani City Center 32 is expected to attract top-tier companies, create jobs, and enhance the lifestyle options available to residents in the region. Furthermore, it offers a high-quality environment that aligns with the needs of an ever-evolving workforce that demands both convenience and modern amenities. Real estate experts suggest that Bhutani Infra’s acquisition will set a new benchmark for commercial properties in the NCR region. By focusing on sustainability, mixed-use development, and enhanced consumer experience, the company is positioning itself as a leader in future-proof urban development.
