Provident Bayscape to Launch on Kelambakkam-Vandalur Road, Chennai on November 23

Provident Housing is set to launch its latest residential project, Provident Bayscape, in Chennai on November 23. Strategically located on the Kelambakkam-Vandalur Road, this new development promises to combine the best of modern living with elements of Chennai’s cultural heritage, creating a unique living experience for the city’s residents.

Spanning an expansive 5.35 acres, Provident Bayscape will feature 676 residential units across four towers, offering spacious 2 and 3-bedroom configurations. The 2 BHK units range in size from 993 sq-ft to 1,107 sq-ft, while the 3 BHK units vary between 1,309 sq-ft and 1,424 sq-ft. Each home in the development is vaastu compliant, with several design features aimed at meeting the specific needs of Chennai residents. These include a dedicated ‘Kolam’ area, ‘puja’ space, and a separate handwash area—details that cater to the cultural preferences of local buyers.

The CEO of Provident Housing stated, “Provident Bayscape reflects our commitment to creating homes that blend convenience, comfort, and connectivity. We’ve closely worked with the local community to ensure these homes are tailored to their needs, making it a true home for Chennai.” A key feature of the project is its 46.5% open space, incorporating native trees to provide ample light and ventilation, promoting a healthy living environment. Located in Chennai’s southern suburbs, it offers easy access to IT parks, educational institutions, Kovalam Beach, Marina Mall, and healthcare facilities.

Sustainability is a key aspect of the Provident Bayscape project. The development features a high-capacity organic waste converter capable of recycling up to 900 kg of organic waste per day. Rooftop solar panels will generate 150 KW of clean energy, supporting the community’s common areas with solar-powered lighting and water heaters. The project also includes a rainwater harvesting system with 18 recharge wells to promote water conservation. In addition to these green features, Provident Bayscape will also offer electric vehicle (EV) charging stations, LED lighting fixtures, and timer-based lighting control, making it an eco-conscious choice for environmentally aware homebuyers. The interiors of the homes will feature low-VOC materials, while the thoughtfully designed floor-to-ceiling windows will allow for natural lighting, reducing the need for artificial light during the day. With these sustainable design choices, Provident Bayscape is positioned to offer an unparalleled eco-conscious lifestyle, blending modern luxury with environmental responsibility. This residential project promises to be not just a place to live but a forward-thinking community that aligns with the values of sustainability and modern living.
