According to officials, the decision to appoint the subsidiary was taken following prolonged delays in capital mobilisation under the earlier arrangement. By involving a private entity with financial and technical capacity, the project aims to meet pending timelines while maintaining standards aligned with Noida’s vision for a digitally powered urban economy. Sector 159, once an underutilised zone, is now seen as a future node for IT and IT-enabled services growth.
