Chennai-based real estate developer Casagrand has officially entered the international market with the launch of Casagrand Hermina, a $120 million luxury residential development in Dubai. The debut positions the developer among the select Indian real estate firms investing in the highly competitive UAE market and underscores its strategic expansion ambitions.
The Casagrand Hermina project, located on the Dubai Islands, is designed as a B+G+13 architectural landmark comprising 131 residences ranging from 827 to 2,536 sq ft.
