Ajmera Realty to Earn 320 Crore from Mumbai Redevelopment

Ajmera Realty has secured a redevelopment project in Mumbai’s Andheri West, expected to generate ₹320 crore in revenue. The company will be redeveloping the Ascot Co-operative Housing Society Ltd, located in Shastri Nagar. The project spans 2,319 square metres and will be completed in a single phase.

The redevelopment will provide an estimated carpet area of 71,300 square feet, offering modern residential spaces in one of Mumbai’s prime locations. With this addition, Ajmera Realty now has four redevelopment projects, with a total gross development value (GDV) of ₹2,770 crore.

Mumbai’s real estate market is seeing a rise in redevelopment projects as builders replace old structures with modern housing. Andheri West, known for its connectivity and infrastructure, continues to attract homebuyers and investors. Experts believe that redevelopment is key to managing Mumbai’s growing population and land scarcity while enhancing urban living standards.

Ajmera Realty is focusing on strategic redevelopment, joint ventures, and sustainable housing solutions to expand its presence in Mumbai’s property market. The company aims to improve the city’s real estate landscape while delivering high-value projects.
