Aparna’s ₹2,851 Crore Township to Redefine Luxury Living in Hyderabad

Aiming to redefine Hyderabad’s luxury real estate market, Aparna Constructions and Estates has announced its ambitious new township project, Aparna Deccan Town, located in the Gopanpally-Gachibowli area. Representing an investment of ₹2,851 crore in its first phase, this sprawling 123-acre township marks a significant venture into the ultra-luxury residential sector by the Hyderabad-headquartered real estate major. This initiative will blend high-rise apartment towers with a gated enclave of 99 premium bungalows, underscoring the company’s commitment to delivering exceptional, thoughtfully designed residential spaces.

The project’s first residential phase, Aparna Sunstone, is set to feature nine G+44 towers comprising 3 BHK residences ranging from 1,478 to 2,237 square feet. With Hyderabad’s dynamic urban growth in mind, Managing Director S. S. Reddy described Aparna Deccan Town as a milestone that embodies the spirit of a city that is evolving rapidly in response to rising lifestyle standards and urbanisation demands. “The project is aligned with our vision of providing luxurious living that caters to the modern urban resident,” Reddy noted. Aparna Deccan Town reflects a strategic response to the demand for premium residential properties, offering residents modern conveniences, ample space, and a community-oriented environment that caters to families and working professionals alike.

Aparna Constructions, with a portfolio worth ₹3,500 crore, operates across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Karnataka, spanning residential, commercial, and retail developments. Out of its 82 projects, 71 are dedicated to residential spaces, with integrated communities that include apartments, villas, and retail zones. With over 40 million square feet already developed and an additional 45 million under construction, the company’s substantial pipeline reflects its steady expansion in South India’s property market. Over the next five years, the company targets developing an impressive 60 million square feet, solidifying its place as a major player in regional real estate.

Sustainability remains a core component of Aparna Constructions’ philosophy. Aparna Deccan Town will integrate eco-friendly materials and energy-efficient solutions across all residential spaces, reflecting a commitment to sustainable urban development. By promoting green living spaces within urban locales, Aparna aims to set a benchmark for eco-conscious housing projects in Hyderabad. With projects like Aparna Deccan Town, the company not only expands Hyderabad’s luxury housing options but also sets a responsible standard for urban growth that meets both resident needs and environmental considerations.
