DRA Sets Sights on Pune, Bengaluru in Major Expansion Drive

Chennai-based real estate firm DRA is gearing up for an ambitious growth trajectory, with plans to expand its footprint to Pune and Bengaluru by the next financial year. Having reported a revenue of ₹300 crore in the 2023-24 financial year, the company projects its revenue to rise to ₹500 crore this year, setting an ambitious target of ₹1,000 crore by 2026-27. Known for its focus on quality and timely delivery, DRA aims to capitalise on its reputation while navigating new markets.

Simultaneously, DRA continues to strengthen its dominance in Chennai, unveiling plans to add a robust 2.7 million square feet of saleable area across nine ongoing and six upcoming projects in key city markets. This strategic focus underscores the firm’s commitment to addressing the housing needs of Chennai’s urban landscape, catering to millennials and Gen Z homebuyers who aspire to own quality homes. The renewed brand philosophy, ‘Home of Pride,’ aligns with this vision, reflecting the deep emotional connection of homeownership in India.

Marking a milestone in its branding journey, DRA introduced popular actor Rashmika Mandanna as its first-ever brand ambassador. The launch of the ‘Home of Pride’ campaign on November 30 signals a comprehensive marketing strategy, spanning television, print, social media, and outdoor platforms. Designed by Blue Noodles, the campaign aims to resonate with aspirational homebuyers while reinforcing the brand’s ethos of timeless quality and reliability.

From a sustainability perspective, DRA’s projects reflect the growing importance of responsible urban development. The firm’s emphasis on addressing homebuyers’ concerns such as affordability, durability, and environmental impact aligns with the broader need for sustainable real estate practices. As the company expands into new cities, integrating eco-friendly measures into its projects will play a crucial role in shaping urban spaces that are future-ready while fostering community pride.
