Vascon Engineers Ltd. has secured a pivotal contract from the Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC) to construct a Super Specialty Hospital in CBD-Belapur, Navi Mumbai, valued at Rs 260.09 crore including GST. Scheduled for completion within 36 months, the project will feature advanced medical infrastructure and integrated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, marking a significant addition to the city’s healthcare capacity.
The project reinforces Vascon’s position as a leading EPC and real estate developer, adding to an order book currently standing at Rs 2,800 crore-approximately 2.8 times its EPC revenue for FY25. With an annual execution capacity of around 8 million sq. ft. and operations running at 90% utilisation, Vascon’s 800-strong project and engineering team is well-placed to deliver large-scale infrastructure projects efficiently, industry experts note.
