North Bengaluru welcomes Sattva Bhumi project

The Sattva Group has officially launched Sattva Bhumi, a premium gated community in the flourishing Devanahalli corridor of North Bengaluru. Spread across a sprawling 20-acre area, the project offers 343 land parcels, catering to a mix of lifestyle and investment needs. Located in proximity to Bengaluru International Airport and key industrial hubs, Sattva Bhumi is strategically placed amidst ongoing infrastructural developments, making it an attractive option for homebuyers and investors.

This gated community boasts a 15,000-square-foot clubhouse, a large swimming pool, and wide internal roads, alongside other modern amenities designed to cater to diverse age groups.
