North Bengaluru welcomes Sattva Bhumi project

The Sattva Group has officially launched Sattva Bhumi, a premium gated community in the flourishing Devanahalli corridor of North Bengaluru. Spread across a sprawling 20-acre area, the project offers 343 land parcels, catering to a mix of lifestyle and investment needs. Located in proximity to Bengaluru International Airport and key industrial hubs, Sattva Bhumi is strategically placed amidst ongoing infrastructural developments, making it an attractive option for homebuyers and investors.

This gated community boasts a 15,000-square-foot clubhouse, a large swimming pool, and wide internal roads, alongside other modern amenities designed to cater to diverse age groups. The flexibility of the land parcels allows homeowners to design and build customised dream homes, a feature that has already generated immense buyer interest. Over 50% of the plots were reportedly sold prior to the project’s formal unveiling, reflecting strong demand for premium housing in the region.

Shivam Agarwal, Vice President – Strategic Growth at Sattva Group, described the response to Sattva Bhumi as a testament to the brand’s reputation and the rising allure of North Bengaluru as a real estate hub. He emphasised that the project aligns with evolving buyer aspirations, offering a mix of lifestyle benefits and significant value appreciation driven by the region’s infrastructural expansion. With planned metro connectivity and industrial growth, Devanahalli is poised for transformation into one of Bengaluru’s key growth centres.

From a sustainability perspective, the Sattva Group has incorporated green initiatives into the project. The community design prioritises eco-friendly construction practices and features such as rainwater harvesting and energy-efficient amenities, ensuring that the development aligns with environmental considerations. As North Bengaluru grows, projects like Sattva Bhumi play a vital role in shaping urban landscapes, balancing lifestyle aspirations with long-term ecological goals.
