Provident Housing Limited, a Bengaluru-based subsidiary of Puravankara Ltd, has announced the launch of its latest residential project, Provident Bayscape, strategically located on Kelambakkam-Vandalur Road in Chennai. Spanning 5.35 acres, the project aims to redefine urban living with 676 premium residential units. This development showcases the brand’s focus on delivering convenience, comfort, and connectivity to prospective homeowners.

The project offers 2 BHK units ranging from 993 sq. ft. to 1,107 sq. ft. and 3 BHK units between 1,309 sq. ft. and 1,424 sq. ft. Designed to provide ample open spaces, Bayscape features 46.5% open area, complemented by a 10,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, a sprawling swimming pool, a well-equipped gymnasium, a children’s play zone, a serene yoga deck, and a dedicated pet park. The project is Tamil Nadu RERA-registered and is expected to be completed by 2028.

Located in Chennai’s southern suburbs, Provident Bayscape is surrounded by prominent tech hubs such as Siruseri IT Park, ELCOT SEZ, and Pacifica Tech Park, making it an attractive choice for working professionals. Additionally, its proximity to reputed institutions like the Chettinad Dental College and the Hindustan College of Arts & Science enhances its appeal to families seeking an education-friendly environment.

From a sustainability perspective, the development’s open spaces, green zones, and eco-friendly design underline the company’s commitment to sustainable living. With Chennai’s real estate market witnessing consistent demand, Provident Bayscape is expected to tap into the city’s evolving housing needs, catering to both residential and investment buyers.

According to a JLL report, India’s housing market has remained resilient, with 2024 forecasted to achieve 12-15% growth over 2023. Projects like Bayscape contribute significantly to the sector’s robust trajectory, meeting buyer demand for modern, sustainable homes amidst a backdrop of strengthening festive activities.
