UP Government Launches Ambitious Hi-Tech Township Near Jewar International Airport

The Uttar Pradesh government has unveiled an ambitious hi-tech township project near the Jewar International Airport, aiming to fulfill the dream of homeownership. Developed by the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA), the project is strategically located in Sector-24A of Noida, just 15 minutes from the airport, one kilometer from the International Film City, and 500 meters from the Yamuna Expressway, with proximity to the MotoGP track.

This township is designed to address the growing demand for residential properties in the region and is part of the state’s broader efforts to foster urban development around the Jewar International Airport, which is set to become a major aviation hub. The township will offer a total of 451 residential plots of varying sizes, ranging from 120 to 260 square meters, with 17.5% of the plots reserved for farmers, ensuring local participation. As of now, 62,865 brochures have been purchased, and 34,180 people have completed their registration. The final registration date is November 30, with the lottery draw scheduled for December 27. The cost per square meter is Rs 25,900, making it an attractive investment opportunity for those seeking a home near one of India’s largest upcoming airports. The registration fee is Rs 600, which is refundable in case of non-selection in the lottery.

The township is expected to generate significant interest from local residents and investors, thanks to its proximity to Jewar International Airport and major infrastructure developments like the Yamuna Expressway. This strategic location offers long-term value for property buyers, especially as the region is poised for rapid growth. As part of the Uttar Pradesh government’s larger vision to create modern infrastructure around key urban centers, the township near Jewar Airport is set to become a significant contributor to the state’s urban and economic development.
