YEIDA Plot Scheme Near Noida Airport Receives 1.12 Lakh Applications

The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has received a staggering 1.12 lakh applications for 451 residential plots near the upcoming Noida International Airport. This overwhelming interest underscores the surging demand for real estate in the area. The Authority has already collected ₹4,800 crore in registration fees for the scheme, which closed last month.

The plots, located in Sector 24A along the Yamuna Expressway, are strategically positioned near key infrastructure projects like the Noida Airport, the proposed Film City in Sector 21, and the Eastern Peripheral Expressway. A lucky draw for allotment is scheduled for December 27, offering applicants a chance to own property in this rapidly developing region.

Real estate experts highlight a 40-50% appreciation in land prices in areas like Jewar over the past two years, reflecting growing investor confidence. The proximity to major infrastructure and commercial developments makes this region a lucrative option for both end-users and investors.

This unprecedented response to the YEIDA plot scheme reflects the rising aspirations of homebuyers seeking quality housing and investment opportunities. With such high demand, the region is poised to become a significant residential and commercial hub, further catalysed by large-scale infrastructure projects.
