Aarize Group Unveils Ultra-Luxury Mall on Dwarka Expressway

Aarize Group has unveiled its highly anticipated flagship retail development, Aarize The Tessoro, a super-luxury mall located in Sector 114 on the Dwarka Expressway. Positioned strategically just 0 km from Delhi and a mere 8-10 minute drive from Indira Gandhi International Airport, this landmark development is set to become a key hub for luxury shopping and leisure in the National Capital Region (NCR).

The mall’s architecture is designed to reflect grandeur, with six levels—two basements for parking, ground and first floors dedicated to high-end retail, and upper levels offering unique leisure experiences. The layout is divided into distinct zones: Treasury (Lower Ground), Quest (Upper Ground), and Discovery (First Floor) for fashion and lifestyle brands. The second floor, named Expedition, brings together world-class entertainment and gourmet experiences. The top floor, Vault, caters to an exclusive nightlife experience with private clubs and lounges.

Founder Aman Sharma highlights that the vision behind Aarize The Tessoro is to create an immersive shopping and entertainment destination, blending the finest global and Indian brands, set within a luxury environment that offers more than just retail. With the influx of high-net-worth individuals in the NCR, the mall is poised to tap into the growing demand for ultra-luxury experiences. The project will contribute significantly to the region’s economy, with an expected footfall of over 1 million visitors annually. The growing luxury retail segment in India is set to touch ₹70,000 crore by 2025, as per industry reports, and Aarize The Tessoro aims to capture a significant share of this market. From a sustainability perspective, the mall is designed to incorporate eco-friendly technologies such as energy-efficient lighting and water-saving systems. Sustainable construction practices have also been followed, ensuring minimal environmental impact during the development phase. Local artisans and eco-conscious brands will also be featured, aligning with the global trend of conscious luxury consumption.
