Della Townships Partners With MayrLife For ₹20000 Crore Wellness Plan

Della Townships has partnered with Austria-based MayrLife to introduce European-style Mayr-based wellness living to India. The alliance marks MayrLife’s first international expansion and positions Della as a pioneer in integrating holistic health into township development.

Under the partnership, Della will embed MayrLife’s renowned medical wellness concepts within its Salutogenic Integrated Townships, envisioned as sustainable, mixed-use communities prioritising well-being, local employment, and carbon-neutral growth. These townships are being planned across multiple Indian cities, including Nagpur, Goa, Thane, and Ranthambore, with further expansions to Guwahati and Tirupati under evaluation.

According to the company, Della has already pre-launched five townships worth ₹5,800 crore and has a pipeline of 16 more projects, collectively targeting a real estate portfolio of nearly ₹20,000 crore. Each township will range between 600 and 1,400 acres, featuring branded residences, luxury villas, adventure parks, senior living hubs, five-star resorts, and medical wellness pavilions based on MayrLife’s health philosophy. An official from Della said the partnership aims to redefine township planning by blending medical wellness, community living, and environmental responsibility. “This model is designed around longevity, sustainability, and social inclusion  where residents can live healthier, longer, and more connected lives,” the official added.

MayrLife’s Chief Executive noted that the collaboration will bring European precision healthcare to Indian soil, supported by personalised nutrition, longevity medicine, and diagnostics focusing on gut health and lifestyle balance. “We plan to train Indian professionals in Austria to ensure the same level of quality and care found at our international centres,” he said.Della Townships has also announced India’s first luxury outlet mall chain within its projects, featuring international design and home décor brands such as Dolce & Gabbana Casa, Bugatti Home, and Trussardi Casa. Around 10 brands have already joined, with plans to expand to 50 over the next few months.

Further, Della has initiated research collaborations with IIT to explore algae-based carbon-neutral ecosystems. The project focuses on algae ponds that generate higher oxygen levels and absorb more carbon dioxide than terrestrial plants. The research will support Della’s broader sustainability vision of creating eco-positive urban environments. With its asset-light model, Della Townships plans to expand to 40 wellness-focused projects across India in the next five years. Beyond real estate, the initiative seeks to create inclusive employment, promote local education through adopted schools, and foster self-sustaining communities aligned with India’s green urbanisation goals.
