Gurgaon to See Major Infrastructure Push in the Next Six Months

Haryana’s Minister of Industries, Commerce, and Environment, Rao Narbir Singh, has unveiled an ambitious plan to revolutionize Gurgaon’s infrastructure over the next six months. Addressing the public at an event in Badshapur, the minister assured residents that the government’s schemes and infrastructure projects would exceed expectations, transforming the city into a model of urban development.

Singh emphasized that the coming six months would bring a wave of transformative changes to Gurgaon, setting a new benchmark for urban development across the state. His focus on timely execution and innovative technologies aims to accelerate progress, ensuring high-quality results. “We are committed to setting a new standard in development that will benefit every citizen,” Singh stated, underscoring the importance of meeting public needs effectively.

Reflecting on Haryana’s progress over the past decade, Singh credited the state’s success to its transparent policies and development-focused initiatives under the vision of Antyodaya—the upliftment of every individual, particularly the most marginalized. He noted that these efforts have earned public trust and inspired other states to follow suit. “Our policies ensure equal opportunities for all, even those at the bottom of society. This trust has been vital in securing a stronger mandate for us in the latest elections,” Singh said. Singh also addressed the critical issue of unemployment, stating that the government is committed to equipping youth with the necessary skills for self-reliance. He emphasized that resources for self-employment and skill development programs are being prioritized, ensuring that no youth remains jobless. “We are focused on empowering our young people with the tools they need to succeed in today’s economy,” Singh remarked.

During the event, Singh lauded Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, calling him the most approachable leader he has worked with throughout his career. Singh praised Saini for his focus on impactful welfare schemes and citizen-centric governance, highlighting the government’s commitment to ensuring that every eligible individual benefits from the state’s development projects. The minister concluded by urging senior officials to maximize the reach of government schemes, ensuring that no eligible citizen is left behind. He assured the public that no welfare or development project would face a shortage of funds, reiterating the government’s focus on inclusive growth. Singh’s arrival at the event in an open jeep, greeted by enthusiastic locals from Vatika Chowk to the venue, underscored the strong connection between the government and the people of Gurgaon. The event highlighted the administration’s commitment to welfare, urban progress, and youth empowerment, laying the foundation for a brighter future for the region.
