Sumadhura Group’s Rs 4000 Crore Launch Boosts Bengaluru and Hyderabad Real Estate

Sumadhura Group, a prominent name in India’s real estate landscape, has launched three premium residential projects across Bengaluru and Hyderabad, aiming to redefine urban living. These ventures – Sumadhura Epitome, Capitol Residences, and Palais Royale – signify the developer’s commitment to delivering exclusive living experiences tailored to discerning buyers. With a projected revenue potential of ₹4000 crore, these projects showcase the group’s ambition to dominate the ultra-luxury housing market in two of India’s most dynamic cities.

Sumadhura Epitome is located in Rachenahalli, North Bengaluru, strategically placed near Manyata Tech Park. The 3.5-acre project features 262 units across three towers, offering Mediterranean-inspired homes with 1.8 acres of lush green space and 200 tree species. The Capitol Residences, situated at the bustling Hope Farm Junction in Whitefield, offers connectivity to IT hubs and metro stations, catering to IT professionals and entrepreneurs. Spanning 4.1 acres, it includes four 16-storey towers with 405 units and 77% open space, embodying a vibrant and future-ready lifestyle.

Meanwhile, Palais Royale, located in Hyderabad, epitomises grandeur with its 52-storey high-rise spanning 7.35 acres. It features 523 units of 4 and 5-bedroom residences, an 85,000 sq. ft floating grand clubhouse, and biophilic designs. Incorporating cutting-edge technology and sustainability, it dedicates over 85% of its area to landscaping and offers bespoke services, reflecting modern luxury ideals.

Sustainability is central to all three projects, with green architecture, open spaces, and nature-inspired designs harmonising urban lifestyles with environmental stewardship. As cities grapple with space constraints and ecological concerns, Sumadhura’s projects present a blueprint for balanced urban development.

Sumadhura CMD Madhusudhan G affirmed, “We aim to elevate lifestyles and deliver innovative offerings to meet evolving aspirations.” These projects not only enhance real estate offerings in Bengaluru and Hyderabad but also set new benchmarks for sustainable and luxurious living.
