YEIDA’s Hi-Tech Township Near Jewar Airport Sees Over 34,000 Registrations

The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has received an overwhelming response to its hi-tech township project near the upcoming Jewar International Airport. Over 34,000 people have registered their interest in the township, which promises state-of-the-art amenities and an enhanced standard of living.

As of the latest update, 62,865 individuals have purchased brochures, with 34,180 officially registering for the project, according to an official spokesperson. Located in Sector-24A of Noida, the township is strategically situated just one kilometre from the International Film City, 500 metres from the Yamuna Expressway, and in proximity to the highly anticipated MotoGP track. The project will feature 451 residential plots in various sizes to cater to a wide range of buyers. The breakdown includes 100 plots of 120 square metres, 169 plots of 162 square metres, 172 plots of 200 square metres, 6 plots of 250 square metres, and 4 plots of 260 square metres.

In a gesture to support local farmers, 17.5% of the plots have been reserved for them. The final date for registration was November 30, and a lottery draw is scheduled for December 27, 2024, to determine the allotment of plots. This township project is expected to boost the real estate landscape in the region, leveraging its proximity to key infrastructure like the Jewar International Airport and the expanding Yamuna Expressway. The inclusion of premium amenities and its strategic location makes it an attractive option for both residents and investors looking to be part of Noida’s growing urban landscape.
