Hyderabad RERA Property Show Draws 36000 Visitors

Hyderabad’s latest property exhibition ended with roughly 36,000 visitors over three days, pointing to sustained interest in the city’s housing and commercial markets. Held at HITEX from August 28 to 30, the event brought together more than 60 developers and over 300 RERA-approved projects, giving buyers a single venue to compare properties and financing choices.

The scale of participation offers a useful snapshot of how Hyderabad’s property market is changing. Buyers are increasingly weighing location, connectivity, project compliance and long-term liveability rather than simply looking at size or pricing. Access to RERA-approved projects can also help consumers examine registration details and project commitments before making a purchase. The Hyderabad property show also highlighted the widening geography of the city’s development. Growth is no longer concentrated in established employment districts. New residential clusters are emerging around expanding transport networks and employment corridors, increasing the importance of infrastructure capacity, public mobility and access to basic services.
