A major residential investment is set to add new housing supply to Ghaziabad as developers continue expanding integrated townships across the National Capital Region. Gulshan Group has announced plans to invest approximately ₹1,000 crore in a new residential development within Wave City, Ghaziabad. The proposed project is expected to add fresh inventory to one of NCR’s rapidly developing suburban corridors, where infrastructure upgrades and improved regional connectivity are encouraging both developers and homebuyers to look beyond Delhi’s established urban centres. The expansion reflects a broader trend shaping the region’s Ghaziabad housing project pipeline.
