Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has achieved a significant milestone in its global renewable energy journey, securing a key engineering and construction role in TenneT’s High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) offshore wind programme. The Dutch–German transmission operator’s project is one of Europe’s largest grid integration initiatives aimed at accelerating the continent’s clean energy transition.

Under a partnership with Hitachi Energy, L&T will deliver advanced HVDC converter stations that connect large-scale offshore wind power from the North Sea to the European grid.
